you run?
GAMA Run 4 a Cause is a GAMA charity event. All of the proceeds and funds raised from 2023 GAMA Run 4 a Cause will benefit Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Research Center, an organization envisioning a world without breast cancer. They are the only organization addressing breast cancer holistically through research, community health, global outreach and public policy initiatives.

Details
The race will take place on May 6, 2023 at the beautiful San Gabriel Park in Georgetown, TX. Beginning at Live Oak Pavilion 406 E Morrow St., the race course will make its way along the banks of the San Gabriel River towards Booty’s Road Park before circling back to the finish line.
8.00 am
Registration starts
Registration and packet pickup will open at 8 am on race day and continue until 8:30 am.
8.30 am
Warm up
A warm up session will be followed before the official race start at 8:30 am. All categories (10k, 5k, 3k (kids will start the race together.
10:30 am
Award given
Award will be given out at approximately 10:30 am.
11 am
Event closing
After crossing the finish line, you are welcome to hang out at the pavilion to check out sponsors and vendors. The event will begin closing at 11 am.
Awards
All runners/walkers will get a participation medals.Awards will be given to the top 3 fastest runners/walkers in each of the following categories.
Runners crossing the finish line will only be considered for awards.
